Removed

  • The Go agent harness is gone from the CLI (PHNX-4039). rush/cli no longer imports github.com/muqsitnawaz/agents/harness; the require and replace are gone from go.mod and go list -deps ./cmd/rush | grep agents/harness prints nothing. Every customer agent runs in Rush Cloud (AGENTS.md "Current strategy — subtract to the roadmap"), so the local execution path was deleted, not hidden: rush run, rush install, rush serve, rush tool, and the rushx entrypoint, together with agent packaging under ~/.rush/agents, the local metadata database, local session storage, memory and skill-observer plumbing, the stdin IPC handlers, and the tool-label emission.
  • The daemon and everything that only existed for it. rush daemon, the LaunchAgent / systemd / Windows service installers, the UDS token API, the scheduler and executor, the channel gateways (Slack, Telegram, Discord, iMessage, Teams, WhatsApp, files), webhook triggers, rush message, rush share, rush refresh-tokens, rush mcp-serve, and the local rush artifacts group (cloud artifacts stay under rush cloud artifacts). rush login / logout no longer start or stop a background process.
  • The personal OAuth connectors stored on this machine. rush connect|disconnect google|gitlab|twitter|notion|slack|microsoft|box|dropbox|pinterest|lark, the --oauth and --google-account flags on rush http, and their user.yaml / keychain slots — the tokens the local runtime injected into agents. rush/docs/prd.html names only "connect GitHub" for the personal sign-in and lists PM and file-sync integrations as non-goal N10. Unchanged: rush connect github, rush disconnect github, rush connect view, the API-key subcommands that vault model-provider credentials server-side (rush connect grok|cursor|codex …), and the saved-agent connections step of rush agents create (Google / Microsoft / GitLab through rush/cloud's connection operations, stored server-side against the agent profile, PHNX-3739 — nothing lands in user.yaml).
  • The RUSH_CLOUD_MEMORY_SYNC user-memory and per-agent state blobs on rush cloud run (they read ~/.rush/agents/<slug>/ and user_memory.yaml, which only local runs wrote). The harness skills blob (PHNX-3867) is unchanged.

Changed

  • Session refresh happens in-process. GetValidAuthConfig is the one token read path: a fresh stored token is used as-is, an expired Supabase JWT is rotated through GET /api/v1/auth/config → Supabase /auth/v1/token?grant_type=refresh_token and persisted, a rejected refresh is the canonical not-signed-in error, and a network failure says "check your connection" instead of "sign in". The daemon round-trip, its self-heal, and the "daemon not running" states are gone.
  • ~/.rush/user.yaml now holds exactly the session and the GitHub App installation.
  • scripts/build.sh, install.sh, sandbox.sh, release.sh, and CI no longer generate harness-ui schemas, embed internal/assets, bundle copilot-bridge, run harness/memory tests, or restart a daemon.
