tests/canary/ — a live acceptance gate that drives the installed ~/.rush/bin/rush against the real api.prix.dev: identity, the run list, a finished run's logs, artifact download, connections, providers, the upgrade check, and (opt-in, because they cost money) pause/resume and dispatch. It is behind a canary build tag, so go test ./... never waits on the network: run it by hand with go test -tags canary ./tests/canary/ -v. Nothing about the shipped binary changed (PHNX-4102 wave 4, tests/canary/README.md).

Internal cleanup only — no command, flag, alias, or exit code changed (PHNX-4099, HEALTH.md). The rush runs picker is now a configuration of the shared ui.Picker instead of a second copy of it, and the piped rush runs table renders through ui.RunList like every other list surface: the same columns and cell text, tabwriter-aligned, without the rule line under the header. rush artifacts is defined once rather than assembled across three init functions. The run picker's o and r keys now use the same desktop-session guard as rush open, so a headless host gets the URL in the status bar instead of waiting on an opener with nowhere to open.

Dead code with no caller: the session messages / tool-calls API wrappers, the internal/selector package, internal/cli/retry.go, and the unused ui.RelTimeShort, ui.StatusColor, ui.VerbAliases, api.V1, api.WSBase and api.WithOrg exports.
